My TheftGuard Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and My TheftGuard ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app or the website (mytheftguard.com) you agree to them. Contact: support@mytheftguard.com.

1. What the service does

My TheftGuard is an anti-theft service for your own Android phone. It records the phone's location, sends alerts (SOS, wrong unlock attempts, SIM change, low battery) with photos to your email address, and shows the phone on a map in the app and on the website.

3. Acceptable use

4. Subscription and payment

5. Deleting your account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time in the app, on the website, or at mytheftguard.com/delete-account.html. Deleting does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.

6. No guarantee, limited liability

Location and alerts depend on the phone's GPS, battery, internet connection, permissions and settings, and on third-party services (mobile network, email, maps). We try hard, but we cannot promise that a phone will always be found, that every alert will arrive or that the service will always be available. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost or stolen phones, lost data, indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or are used to harm others. We may change the service or these terms; for important changes we will tell you in the app or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.
