What is deleted

When you delete your account we permanently erase: your email and password, the phone registered to your account, its location history, all alerts and sign-in sessions, and your payment records on our server. This cannot be undone.

Your Google Play subscription is not cancelled by this. Cancel it in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions) so you are not charged again. A card subscription paid on our website is cancelled automatically.

Option 1: in the app or on the website

Sign in, open the menu, choose Delete account and enter your password.

Option 2: here, with a code sent to your email
